What data do we collect?

Our campaign collects the following data:

  • Personal identification information (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
  • IP addresses, ISP, geolocation, nodes of entry, search terms, access metrics

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide the campaign with most of the data we collect. You have a choice, through our cookie consent notification which you must interact with when you access our website. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online (for example, our newsletter)
  • Voluntarily complete a contact form or provide information via email
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies

The campaign may also receive your data indirectly from the following types of sources:

  • 3rd Party funding services, such as Crowdfunder, etc

How will we use your data?

Our campaign collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your request and manage your account
  • Email you with information (i.e. our newsletter if you have subscribed to it). We will generally not email you out of the blue or on spec

If you agree, our campaign will absolutely not share your data with any other organisation and we shall also not share your information with any individuals who manage or run the campaign.

How do we store your data?

The campaign securely stores your data in encrypted databases, held on our private servers with our hosting company. This data can only be accessed via encrypted VPN and user-accounts backed by MFA.

Marketing

The campaign would like to send you information about events which we think you might like to know about; however, this kind of information will be included in our monthly newsletter. We will not usually send you any other emails.

If you have agreed to receive our monthly newsletters, you may opt out/unsubscribe from that free service via the ‘unsubscribe’ option at the bottom of each newsletter.
