Fighting fund

We have identified a significant number of areas where Rushcliffe Borough Council, some councillors and some staff, have taken their collective eyes off the ball.

We have been emailing and speaking to RBC councillors and their officers for over a year, yet we are no further forward; the council continues to block us with vague and misleading statements.

We believe the only way forward is to drag Rushcliffe Borough Council into the courts to expose their egregiously poor behaviour to the public and the national media. RBCs lack of attention to detail, and the complete absence for the care and safety of a significant group of Rushcliffe residents needs to become headline news.

We have a fighting fund to start the legal process. The committee members contribute heavily to our legal challenge, but we need more support. Please consider contributing to our cause. We will publish annual (anonymised) accounts to demonstrate how we are spending any donations and will publish updates on the legal challenge progress.
